REGISTERED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST Virginia is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of experience working with the geriatric population. Prior to establishing ADL Assisted Living she worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (2006-2010) before obtaining a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 and becoming a Registered Occupational Therapist. She worked in assisted living and nursing homes for several years before venturing into home health where she saw patients one-on-one in their homes. Her love for the elderly led to the opening of the first location in 2015. She is the administrator of all 3 locations and the manager in the Highlands location. Her duties include conducting facility tours and meeting with potential new families; staying current with State requirements and records; communicating with physicians and other health care professionals on changes in resident condition and new employee hiring and training.
Robert Campbell
Maintenance Manager. All facilities
ROBERT CAMPBELL Robert is co-owner of ADL Assisted Living together with his wife, Virginia. His role includes maintaining the facility repairs and upgrades. He runs ADL's sister company, Houston Remodeling Contractors that is responsible for maintaining the electrical, plumbing and air conditioning and generators in good condition.

Rhoda Ndirangu
Manager at ADL Assisted Living at Autumn Lane in Baytown
Rhoda is Virginia's mother and she played a vital role in the start of ADL Assisted Living. She is a Certified Nurse Aide. Prior to her position at ADL Assisted Living, Rhoda worked as a manager for another assisted living facility for 10 years in The Woodlands, Texas. When ADL opened its first location, Autumn lane in 2015, Rhoda came on to manage it and has been managing the home since. Her responsibilities at ADL include new employee training , meal preparation as well as working alongside caregivers in the day to day operations of the facility. She has vast knowledge on state requirements of running a licensed assisted living facility and is responsible for training both Baytown location staff members on State Requirements for resident care and food policies. Rhoda works as live-in manager and this is the only location with this kind of set up. Due to Rhoda's availability as a live-in-manager the Autumn Lane Location is reserved for residents who need specialized one-on-one care. MANAGER:
Laurie Leeds
Manager at ADL Assisted Living at Canterbury Drive in Baytown
Laurie began her career at ADL as a caregiver at the Autumn Lane location in 2018 before moving to management position in ADL 2/Canterbury location in 2019. Prior to her position with ADL Assisted Living, Laurie worked at an assisted living facility in Kingwood, TX as well as did private-caregiving for a family. Her compassion and love for the elderly is what is so special about her. Laurie's other responsibilities include calling in medication refills for both Autumn and Canterbury locations, conducting fire drills for both locations and keeping up with other state compliance paperwork. She works hand in hand with Rhoda Ndirangu (manager ADL Inc) and Virginia Campbell( the administrator) to ensure that the 2 Baytown locations are State-compliant.
Andrea Charles
Assistant Manager at Highlands location
Andrea is one of the assistant managers of Virginia Campbell. Collaborating closely with fellow caregivers, she ensures the seamless operation of the facility on a daily basis. Additionally, Andrea holds the responsibility of medication administration, having been med-delegated by the Registered Nurse. She also takes charge of organizing and overseeing fire drills, aiding in the onboarding and training of new employees, and supporting Ms. Campbell in complying with State regulatory requirements.
Kelly Glenn
Assistant Manager at Highlands location
Kelly is also one of Virginia Campbell's assistant managers at ADL Highlands. She works alongside other caregivers in the day-to-day running of the facility. She has also been med-delegated by the Registered Nurse and is therefore responsible for medication administration. Her other responsibilities include conducting fire drills at the location, assisting in new employee orientation and training, and assisting Ms. Campbell in keeping up to date with State requirements.
Amie Martinez
Registered Nurse, all facilities
Amie is the facility Registered Nurse for all 3 locations. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 15 years but has been working in doctor's offices for the last 30 years. Her duties at ADL Assisted Living include medication delegation to caregivers as per State regulations; ordering resident medications and refills and packing residents medication; maintaining monthly medication administration records; conducting inservices to train employees and communicating with doctors, families and other health care professionals on changes in resident condition. Amie will soon complete her Nurse Practitioner Training.
