A Registered Occupational Therapist with over 17 years of geriatric experience, Virginia obtained her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013 and established ADL’s first location in 2015. She handles facility tours, state compliance, physician communication, and hiring.
Maintenance Manager — All Facilities
Co-owner alongside Virginia, Robert oversees all building maintenance across the care facilities, with over 25 years in property maintenance — managing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Manager, Autumn Lane (Baytown)
A Certified Nurse Aide and Virginia’s mother, Rhoda previously managed an assisted living home in The Woodlands for 10 years. As live-in manager she handles employee training, meal preparation, and state compliance. Autumn Lane specializes in residents requiring one-on-one care.
Manager, Canterbury Drive (Baytown)
Laurie started as a caregiver at Autumn Lane in 2018 and was promoted to management in 2019. She handles medication refills, fire drills, and state compliance documentation for both Baytown locations.
Assistant Manager, Highlands
Med-delegated for medication administration, Kelly conducts fire drills, assists with orientation and training, and supports state requirement compliance.
